Sri Ramana Maharshi's teachings about Self-Enquiry can be classified as the Path of Knowledge (Jnana marga) among the Indian schools of thought. The teachings are non-dualistic (Advaitic.) He was considered to be one of the more enlightened and a number of his students went on to become enlightened and then in turn became satsang teachers.
